Tester is a brand new, original bottle and is 100% authentic. They are the same original fragrance from the manufacturer and usually come in a plain box and sometimes without a cap.
Since there is no fancy packaging, we get them at a discount and pass on the savings to you.

We use USPS and UPS as our shipping methods for all U.S. orders. All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day while 2 business days can be for orders placed during periods of higher than normal order volume. All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. In order for Express shipments to be processed and sent out the same day, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).

All international orders will be shipped with UPS, DHL, or USPS. The shipping carrier will be chosen based on the most economical option for the order's shipping country.
Returns and Exchanges Information
Hassle free returns within 30 days. Contact us to process your return and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Once you send the item to our returns department, we will inspect it to ensure it is in resalable condition. Refund is issued minus shipping cost and return shipping is paid for by the customer. 20% restocking fee will apply for items that are opened, damaged, or sent without original packaging. No return will be accepted if the item is not returned in its original resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipment tracking says "Delivered", your order is non-refundable if the package is lost or stolen. We will provide the return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. In the case there is any error on our side, we accept 100% responsibility and you will receive a full refund.
