We use USPS and UPS as our shipping methods for all U.S. orders. All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day while 2 business days can be for orders placed during periods of higher than normal order volume. All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. In order for 2nd Day Air shipments to be processed and sent out the same day, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Hassle free returns within 30 days. Contact us to process your return and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Once you send the item to our returns department, we will inspect it to ensure it is in resalable condition. Refund is issued minus shipping cost and return shipping is paid for by the customer. 20% restocking fee will apply for items that are opened, damaged, or sent without original packaging. Any claim of damaged package must be support by a photo for evidence. No return will be accepted if the item is not returned in its original resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipment tracking says "Delivered", your order is non-refundable if the package is lost or stolen. We will provide the return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. In the case there is any error on our side, we accept 100% responsibility and you will receive a full refund.

We offer FREE shipping within the United States for all orders above $69. Our shipping is fast and convenient for our customers as most orders ship the same or next business day.

6. What is the difference between Pure Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The concentration of oils in the fragrance marks the difference. Pure Parfum has the highest concentration. Eau de Parfum is second, then Eau de Toilette. The lightest concentration is Eau de Cologne. Solid perfumes last as long as Pure Parfum. The higher the concentration of fragrance oils, the longer your fragrance will last.
7. What is the right way to store fragrances to make them last longer?
Over time, environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, and contact with air may have an effect on a scent. To maximize the shelf life of your perfume, store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After using, always place the cap back on the bottle and place to help keep the scent from going bad,
